In 2021, I founded Dynamic Community Care, setting the foundation for what would grow into the DCC Industry Group, right here in Southern Queensland. As a Birpee man, my connection to our culture, land, and community isn't just a part of who I am – it guides everything I do. Here at DCC, we're driven by the vision to keep our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families connected, ensuring our mob stays with our mob, and working tirelessly to improve the lives of the vulnerable. This vision is more than a goal; it's the essence of our collective effort.

With a career spanning Justice, Child Protection, Disabilities, Homelessness, and Community-Based programs, I've gathered a wealth of experience that now shapes the ethos of DCC Industry Group. My passion for safeguarding the safety and protection of Children, Women, and supporting our clients and wider community isn't just professional for me; it's a lifelong commitment to change, to do better, to protect and uplift. It's about making real, impactful changes, not just within our services but within the community at large.
