Madison Fillmore

Being born and raised in Darwin, Northern Territory, I had the privilege of being able to connect closely with the remote communities, gaining valuable knowledge about our heritage and the history of our First Nations people. The communities I was able to be a part of are full of support and provided a wealth of knowledge. My passion to continue to learn, support and ensure education is provided to everyone so we don’t lose the culture and knowledge of our First Nations people made me so excited to join the DCC Industry Group team.

 

The encouragement and guidance I feel from the DCC team is something I haven’t felt before from an organisation, the memories I have already made are so important to me. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a strong and passionate team where I feel connected, valued, and accepted. Knowing that the work we do supports the people we are privileged to work with.

 

Having completed a certification in business, my passion for learning all aspects of a business has only deepened. Joining DCC Industry Group as a Business Support Officer within the Quality and Compliance Team has allowed me to connect with all aspects of DCC Industry Group and the community. I am continually inspired as I connect with more individuals who are part of our organisation.
